Liebe Mitmenschen,
Mein Mann hat mir diese kulinarische Köstlichkeit zubereitet, Nachdem wir auf Besuch bei seiner Tante in Bielefeld waren. Ich kannte Wurstebrei is zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht. Es ist sooo lecker. Heute, passend zum 1.Schnee haben wir uns ne kleine Portion genehmigt. Wir lassen uns von der Familie immer was aus Bielefeld mitbringen (in die Kölner Bucht)

Hallo,
die Einträge im Gästebuch sind ja mager und nur blöder Spam.
Eure website macht mich glücklich! Ich liebe Stippgrütze, und der Bauer in meiner Nachbarschaft verkauft sie (legal und dankbar, dass er sie loswird in 5 kg Rollen) 
Jetzt habt ihr auch alle Geheimnisse gelüftet, die ich niemals geglaubt hätte irgendwo so gut zusammengetragen zu finden.
Jetzt wurde mir auch die leichte Angst hinsichtlich des Inhalts der Masse in der grauen Rolle genommen, weil ihr es hier so gut erklärt habt.
Ich bin stolz ein altes Traditionsgericht zu mögen.
Bei mir in der Küche ist das einzige, und definitiv das fastete Fastfood. Ich liebe es.

Daß ihr Lippe als Grütze-Niemandsland darstellt, hat mich echt schockiert. M. E. kann Lippe nur als Kernland der Grütze zwischen der westfälischen und niedersächsischen Variante angesehen werden.
Wir werden demnächst ein Schwäbisch-Hallesches Landschwein in Hessen schlachten und auch lippische Stippgrütze machen.
Wenn ihr mich überzeugt, könnten wir eine Probe zum Test geben.

Welche Pfanne haltet ihr für am geeignetsten zum Grütze anbraten?
Gusseisern?
Emaille?
Edelstahl?

Unsere Antwort:
Das kommt ganz darauf an, wie Du Deine Stippgrütze am liebsten magst. Wenn Du Sie am liebsten scharf angebraten (mit "Placken" ) magst, dann empfehlen wir Dir eine Edelstahl oder Gußeisenpfanne. Wir selbst verwenden am liebsten eine aus Gußeisen. Für manche Rezepte - z.B. die Pizza Westfalica - darf die Grütze aber nicht scharf angebraten werden. Kinder mögen das auch oft nicht gerne. Dann verwenden wir eine mit Teflon beschichtete Pfanne. Keramik oder Emaille benutzen wir an und für sich überhaupt nicht. Ich hoffe, wir konnten Dir etwas weiter helfen und wünschen Dir immer einen Löffel Grütze im Haus!
